Since 2007, the Festival has been a juried show, to ensure a consistent quality and variety of products. This helps us bring in a good crowd and optimizes everyone’s success.
Vendors, please note that we do limit the number of vendors of similar products, so apply early! If you have difficulty printing an application, please contact us. We will be happy to mail one to you.
Your application must be post-marked by the deadline on the application, generally 3 weeks before the festival date, and we limit the number of vendors who sell similar products, so apply early!
Setup is from 6:30 AM to 9:45 AM. Present your acceptance notice to the festival staff at the gate, at the end of Lake Ave. There will be no entry allowed for vendors who did not receive an acceptance notice. (So apply early!)
You may drive your vehicle onto the field to unload at your booth space, but you must park elsewhere as soon as you are finished unloading, and no later than 9:45 AM. Parking is available on the streets around the festival site. Limited off-street parking for larger vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis. In general, please park away from the Festival location, to ensure your patrons have a place to park.
Free coffee and donuts will be available for you during setup. Food vendors will be available during the festival.
Electrical power is not available in the booth area. You must bring your own tent, tables, chairs, etc.
The festival is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
